COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Freescale Semiconductor MVME2604-761-I/O parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Force-Computers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Force-Computers such as the SYS68KCPU30ZBEC20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R43HSNANPRWVS03 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PHBDIO4000S100 by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand RB142003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moog such as T161902 equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SR311202MCMAB7238 made by Exlar as well as the popular SJD69200G original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NWBM85Y422 by Modicon and T161902 spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RAC35150460L00W1220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
